Gas Piping Installer

This course fulfills the 60-hour classroom requirement, consisting of Basic Theory and Piping instruction (comparable to CETP Books 4.1 and 4.2). It is combined with a minimum of 1,000 hours (six months) of field experience required to become licensed as a New Hampshire Gas Piping Installer (GPI License).
See below for applicable regulations.

Successful completion of this class qualifies students to install piping systems for both Natural Gas and LP Gas.

Required Materials:

  • National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54) code book (available on Amazon)
  • A printed, full-color course manual covering all instructional materials is provided.

Due to the volume of material presented, day courses are transitioning to a three-week format, consisting of eight total class days. This schedule allows students additional time to absorb, review, and fully understand the coursework.

We reserve the right to reschedule classes if required.
